Official Greek pressing originally issued in either yellow or black Music-Box company Sleeves. It was not issued in a picture sleeve. An unofficial picture sleeve was added to some copies of this pressing after its distribution. It features artwork not appearing on any of the official pressings photocopied onto 2 single-sided sheets of red paper, hand-numbered out of 250 copies on the back.
